HOLISTIC HEALTH COACH AND PERSONAL TRAINER
Jonathan Kovacs grew up playing competitive soccer and understands what it means to be competitive, driven, and what it means to put in the hard work and practice to get to your dreams and goals. Jonathan now extends his love of soccer into the health and fitness realm where he helps people manage stress, decrease physical pain and provide holistic health coaching to ensure you reach your goals sustainable, safely and responsibly.
Jonathan Kovacs brings a unique blend of expertise in corrective exercise, functional movement, and holistic health. As a CHEK Integrated Movement Science (IMS 1) practitioner and NASM Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES), he’s trained to identify and correct movement dysfunctions—ensuring clients move smarter, safer, and with purpose.
His advanced training enhances his ability to collaborate effectively with therapists, chiropractors, and osteopaths, making Holistic Lynx a seamless extension of a multidisciplinary care team.
