how to get started
consultation
Purchase below, your coach will connect with your to discuss your situation and schedule a 60-minute (in-person or virtual) consultation to clarify your goals and needs.
appraisal
We conduct in-depth holistic health and lifestyle appraisals to determine baseline readings (virtual or in-person).
report of findings
After you complete the forms your coach will get a notification then contact you. You and your coach will set up a 40 minute meeting to go over the findings and discuss what program suits your needs.
