1. Processing Times: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may be extended during holidays, sales, or high‑volume periods. If there is a delay with your order, we will notify you by email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on: Your location. Package weight. Selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times: Domestic (within Canada): 3–10 business days. United States: 5–12 business days. International: 7–21 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
3. Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information (if tracking is available for your shipping method).
4. Shipping Destinations: We currently ship to: Canada. United States. Select international locations. If your region is not available at checkout, please contact us.
5. Delays & Lost Packages: Holistic Lynx is not responsible for: Delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather. Lost or stolen packages after delivery is marked "Delivered" If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will assist in starting a carrier investigation.
6. Incorrect or Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
7. Address Errors: Please review your shipping address carefully. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If the package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply.
8. Returns: Returns for products are governed by our Refund Policy. Only unopened, unused items may be returned.
