how to get started

Begin your private coaching journey by completing a Health & Readiness Appraisal. From there, you’ll either move on to an in-person biomechanical assessment or an online nutrition and lifestyle assessment.

 

Based on your results, we create a personalized plan combining posture work, movement, and stress-focused health coaching, helping you improve posture, strength, and daily energy while reducing pain.

This 90 minute Biomechanical Health & Fitness Assessment that examines joint health, posture, muscle control and strength.
