This Refund Policy outlines how refunds are handled for products, plans, and programs purchased through holisticlynx.com.

1. Product Refunds (Supplements & Physical Goods): We accept returns for unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery.To qualify for a refund:The product must be unopened, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.You must provide proof of purchase.Shipping costs are non-refundable.Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

2. Coaching Plans & Programs (Digital or Service-Based): Because our coaching plans, assessments, and wellness programs involve personalized time, expertise, and digital content, all sales are final. Refunds are not provided for: Completed or ongoing coaching sessions. Digital downloads, assessments, or program materials already delivered. Missed or unused sessions. Changes in your schedule or personal circumstances. If you believe an order was made in error, contact us immediately and we will review your case.

3. Subscription or Recurring Payments: If a subscription or recurring program is offered:You may cancel anytime, but cancellations apply to future billing cycles only.No refunds will be issued for previously billed periods.

4. Program Commitment & Client Responsibility: By purchasing a program or plan, you acknowledge that: Results depend on individual effort, consistency, and personal factors. Holistic Lynx does not guarantee specific outcomes, including weight loss, pain reduction, or posture changes. We are committed to supporting you, but we cannot issue refunds based on dissatisfaction with results.

5. Incorrect Charges or Billing Errors: If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us within 7 days and we will investigate promptly.

6. How to Request a Refund or Return: For refund or return inquiries, email us at: customersupport@holisticlynx.com. Please include: Your full name. Order number. Proof of purchase. Reason for the request. Photos (if related to a damaged or incorrect product).
