HOW IT WORKS

Connect with your trainer to discuss your situation and schedule a 60-minute virtual consultation to clarify your goals and needs.
2.lifestyle & Stress assessment
If you choose to move forward, your coach will provide questionnaires and app access, and once completed, will contact you to review your Report of Findings.
3. report of findings
After you complete the forms your coach will get a notification then contact you. You and your coach will set up a 60 minute meeting to go over the findings and discuss what program suits your needs.
