how it works
1. consultation
Schedule a consultation with your trainer. The consultation is 60 minutes and goes over your health and fitness goals in great details.
2. HEath and fitness assessment
This is a 90 minute in-person assessment consisting of posture, range of motion, and movement screen. You will be sent an online invitation to the app where your Health and Lifestyle appraisal forms will be available.
3. report of findings
This is a 60 minute presentation on the data and information we collected about your body and health and explain to you about what we do, our philosophy and our approach we take to getting you to your goals.

We currently operate our in-person Personal Training sessions Strategic Muscle Systems studio gym in Richmond Hill, Ontario and Strata Internal Performance in Newmarket, Ontario - if you want to check the place out send me an email, call/text or simply drop by - but remember to ask for Jonathan!
The studio is a small personal space with no public memberships. All services are by appointment only and we are results focused - so no wait times, distractions, loud noises or member hassles.

phase 1
3-6 months. local and isolation exercises, muscle activation & decreased pain.
This corrective exercise and performance coaching program is for people seeking real, lasting results—not quick fixes. Perfect if you struggle with back, knee, or shoulder pain, or simply want to move, feel, and age better, we uncover root causes and build a safe, progressive plan to restore posture, stability, and strength. Beyond workouts, we also support you with nutrition, sleep, and stress management so you gain energy, mobility, and confidence to live pain-free and enjoy life fully. This phase usually runs 3-6 months depending on your specific issues.

phase 2
6-12 months. dynamic & integrated exercises, functional movement & enhanced performance.
Everything in Phase 1 plus this year-long program that integrates corrective exercise with compound movement principles to restore balance, posture, and lasting functional vitality. After detailed assessments of breathing, movement patterns, stress, sleep, and posture, we design a clear plan to address root causes. Training blends dynamic integrated movement, core stability, and functional strength for safe, sustainable progress.
